Salumificio Ducale in Colorno was born in 1958, founded by a group of local “masèn”. Soon it drew the attention of and tempted the main gurmets, thanks to the quality of its core products: the Culatello di Zibello, the Salame di Felino, the Spalla cotta di San Secondo and the Fiocchetto. Fully respecting the ancient traditions cradled in the Bassa Parmense (Parma lowlands), Salumificio Ducale found its natural market niche addressing restaurants, salumerie and gurmet shops.
In this sancta sanctorum of the coockery, the fruits of a conscious and meticulose handmade production bring out those flavours that satisfy the most demanding gurmets.
